The GW Law Alumni Relations office is proud to offer the Alumni Mentoring Program, an initiative of the GW Law Alumni Association. The Mentoring Program pairs current students with alumni who are interested in sharing their expertise and advice to help them make the most of their Law School experience and career preparation.
Alumni who volunteer as mentors will create profiles with the MentorCloud platform. Then students will be able to search and select a mentor based on their practice area goals, geographic preferences and any other profile information that you make available.
Signing up is easy, and most of your mentor profile can be imported directly from a LinkedIn profile. If you have any questions prior to signing up, please email email@example.com or call the Alumni Office at 202-994-7166.
Mentors matched with students will meet on a mutually agreed-upon schedule. We suggest meeting in-person when possible, though mentoring can also take place via phone, Skype, email, or whatever you find works best for your mentor/mentee relationship. Ongoing support will be provided by the Alumni Office until the student's graduation day.
